Job Description:

Monitor all the alerts related FTD web properties.
Escalate the issues to respective department.
Follow up all the issues till closure on regular basis.
Prepare the shift schedule report.
Update the documents on regular basis.
Follow the FTD Standard operational procedure for all the tasks performed.
Provide Level 1 Troubleshooting for all reported issues.

Candidate Profile:

1. Qualification: Freshers - 2014 pass outs only. (B.SC / BCA).
2. Preferably male candidate with Computer Science background.
3. Only Candidates with 70% thought out their academics will be considered.
4. Candidates with gaps in education are requested not to apply.
5. Minimum 15yrs of full time education is must (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).
6. Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence are requested not to apply.
7. Candidates attended the interview in the last 6 months are not eligible.
8. Only Hyderabad candidates can walk-in for the interview.
